Why am I not receiving wink and new message notifications in my email account?

The Spam or Junk Mail filters on your e-mail account may be preventing emails from from reaching your account. Check your Spam/Junk Mail folder to locate any notifications which may have inadvertently been filtered. In order to ensure that you receive wink and message notifications, we suggest you add the email address from which those messages are originating to your Contacts list. Alternatively, you may wish to add that address to your filter's "whitelist" or simply remove it from your Spam/Junk Mail filter.
